My First Half Wig!

This is my very first half wig! Say hello to Helene. I thought it would be a great idea to use half wigs as a protective style. Underneath my wig I have a plasic baggy on my ends(moisturised&sealed). I learned to apply my half wig from youtube. There are a bunch of tutorials there on  just about everything. I love it! Anyway I just wanted to share a pic with you all so you can see how it looks. Thanks to Adrianna Thomas a.k.a Adri. I learned a cool tip on how to add volume to the half wigs. I never wore them for that exact reason, because to me they have no volume, but you see there is a certain way to put your hair up so you can achieve that volume its very clever(more like DUH!) I must say and its very simple too : )

My Garnier Results

This is my hair after using garnier fructis length and strength, shampoo, and conditioner also their root booster spray. The products gave my hair alot of movement and its super soft and the smell is just great I love it. As u can see my bang is pretty decent to me seeing as though I never ever cut my own hair.... EVER! I was a little nervous when I started, but I said a prayer and it came out ok for me (THANK GOD!) Lol... anyhoo thats my take on garnier fructis I love it and I have other product reviews to share real soon so stay tuned! : )

Jamaican Black Castor Oil does wonders for my hair it makes it really soft although I have not seen growth length wise I do believe this stuff has thickened my hair very nicely and I have seen great results on my ends from using it as a seal for when I baggy. So in my opinion its a keeper the smell is not the best. Smells like ash. Nothing annoying though because it goes away fast.

Reggie Update!

OK!

I have been gone for a minute, so forgive me I have been faithful with my regimen and alot is going on. I changed a few things I am now hooked on garnier Fructis Length and Strength shampoo, and conditioner. I love it! It smells great and my hair is super soft! I did a pree-poo with coconut oil, I platted my hair and shampooed the crown and glory way (just to try it). I did not air dry my hair this time.... I blow dried it, and I flat ironed my hair ONLY! Bcause I plan to do this once a month so I can stretch my relaxer as much as I can. Im still usin the baggy method for my ends im also waiting for my Garnier fructis split ends treatment I ordered from amazon and I have heard alot of great reviews this product is no longer in stores and there are quite a few people who are upset about that because they love the treatment. So ... Like the product junkie I am : ) I bought 4 just incase it's any good. If its not for me I will give it to whom ever wants it... Anyway.... After blow drying my hair I used garnier's root booster serum to flat iron my hair and it gave my wrap so much BODY! It moves and everything! Oh! and Before I forget I also cut a side swept bang its not professional but its decent to wear I actually clipped my own hair.... Thats a big deal for me because scissors are my enemy and I am not a huge fan on cutting hair I love hair and its health too much to just up and cut it. Unless it is absolutely necessary. Other than that no way! So I just had to share that with you all. I will post pics of my wrap as of right now its 3:24am I am already prepared for bed but as soon as I comb it down tomorrow I will post the pics as "My Garnier Results" As for now I am off to bed later! : )

Crown and Glory Technique

This is where it all began I found this site sometime in 2002 I believe, and it has helped me stumble upon so much more than the basic hair care regimen. The Crown and Glory Technique takes dedication but trust me it is well worth it, and thanks to them I have found the baggy method which lead me to BHM and Fotki. I think this is great for just about every beginner rather you want length or just a head full of healthy hair. Rather youre relaxed or all natural. Take a look for yourself : )

New Growth

Well it has been officially one full week since using my Mn2% and Mega Tek mix and my roots have thickened up pretty nicely I will post another update at the end of this week so I can compare growth. I plan to do this for three more weeks. Then I will perm my hair, flat iron, and do a length check with my starting pic. I have been following my regimen perfectly and so far so good wish me luck!
